I think they're not taking it seriously or probably they're blind about all the information they can find in SFI. Maybe they didn't try any kind of online work to compare with all the powerful support they can find here.
I recommend to be patient and try to teach them little by little until you know wich of them takes it seriously.
Try with Eager Zebra games (most people likes games), try also with trainning tips (most people likes to read), try with the SFI chat , It helped to me a lot (your team will see that you're close to them.
