1. First and foremost they have to show their seriousness by being regular and consistent in doing the job as per the daily, weekly and monthly requirements. Become EA at the earliest.
2. Follow the PLAN with all new tools to assist them in their growth.Aim at being DTL.
3. Understand the compensation plan and follow it religiously to get maximum benefit for themselves.
4. Use marketing aids as much possible to promote your business.
5. Study the new announcements and implement them in your business growth.
6. Keep your communication regular and crisp with each of your team member. Work closely with them.
7. Keep the training sessions flowing to enhance the knowledge of your team members so that they can realize the growth / earning potential and become successful themselves.
8. Be participative in all spheres of SFI and Tripleclicks.
