There are many ways in which an individual affiliate can help SFI have a big year in 2016. In light of the recent change ( new TL requirements added) and in conjunction with the latest innovations such as the Signing Bonus, Milestone Shares, new simpler VesaPoints rules, Designated Diamonds, The Biz Quiz, etc. an affiliate can start realizing his/her potential of being an SFI affiliate.
Here are steps that an individual affiliate can help in making SFI have a big year in 2016:
- Log in everyday and make sure to make use of each day maximizing on performing all activities that promotes your SFI bussiness.
- Allocate time to widen your knowledge base one topic at a time, making your goal to learn how to use SFI tools and resources extensively.
- Focus in acquiring the necessary marketing skills by going through your Marketing and Training tabs. Don't just read, but rather try applying what you have learned. If you face some challenges in your application, be resourceful you can turn to SFI Forum, Ask SC, Sponsor/Upline, SFI desk, etc.
- Maximize your participation in SFI Forum to brainstorm how each one could contribute to a bigger SFI in 2016 and encourage other affiliates to intensify their level of growth promoting activities with their SFI businesses. Furthermore you should also actively participate in Ask SC, playing EZ games, Pricebender auctions and the new Biz Quiz. For each day that you participate in those activities, you'll promoting both SFI and TripleClicks to become bigger.
- If you're a Team Leader, be sure to take advantage of the Designated Diamond program. Identify five serious PSAs in your team and designate them to become Diamond Team Leaders. You're going to work with them closely towards achieving their ultimate goal of being Diamond Team Leaders. By doing this, you're promoting the growth of your PSAs to the highest possible rank level and thereby making substantial contributions to a bigger SFI in 2016.
- Encourage all your PSAs to take advantage of the Milestone Shares. Set an example to them by going up to the maximum 18 Milestone Shares. To get started, you'll need to explain to them clearly that they need to become EA, maintain their EA status and strive to move up to the TL rank. Logging in daily scoring at least 10 VP (corresponds to 10 Milestone Shares) you and your affiliates will automatically be banking up to 18 Milestone Shares. When a milestone is reached (starting with BTL), all valid shares banked to date are added to monthly commissions as a one-time bonus.
Who wouldn't want an extra one-time bonus commission? This is a great tool for motivating every affiliate to go for the highest possible rank. This is one of the most effective ways of promoting a bigger SFI in 2016.
- Maximize your marketing efforts through actively sponsoring new affiliates and committing to their maximum training and support. When you promote duplication in your downline, you're expanding your organization and helping SFI to become bigger in 2016.
- Encourage your affiliates to go for the maximum VP accumulation with TripleClicks Pricebenders auctions, EZ games, TC Music and Member Listings by setting yourself as an example. You can explain to them clearly that they'll get lots of benefits in growing their SFI businesses ranging from helping them to fulfill their VP requirements to maintain and move up their rank, accumulate MRPs, which can be used to redeem TC products/services, earn prestigious badges, which are good for promoting SFI/TC, etc.
If every affiliate strives to do the above steps going for maximum level of participation in all activities that promote SFI growth, a bigger SFI in 2016 would be most likely achieve.
