Your affiliates are the main and the most important resource of your SFI organization. If you want great results of any of your objectives with your affiliates, you need to have a motivation strategy creating and maintaining the spirit of enthusiasm among your affiliates.
Here are some effective ways to motivate your affiliates to become buyers at TripleClicks (TC):
- Share the organizational vision with each of your affiliate.
If everyone in your organization is aware of the collective vision (such as improving the standard of living, to gain financial freedom, etc.), which will lead to prosperity and success of each of your affiliate, motivation and enthusiasm become the indivisible parts of all activities. Make sure that you continuously concentrate the attention of your affiliate on the glory of reaching that powerful vision.
- Communicate with your affiliates
You can't learn about ideas, attitude or concerns of your affiliates without constant communication. Use each opportunity to interact with them and you will discover their challenges in their development and growth and how TripleClicks products/services can help in various ways of growing their SFI business. Show your sincere gratitude for the unique contribution of every one makes to your organization. Use the Stream tab and the Recognition section to congratulate your affiliates for every effort that they contribute to their development and growth. Go above and beyond sending E-Cards by including them to your S-Builder co-op as they strive to maintain or move up to the next rank. By doing this, you're making an impression to them that they're valuable to your organization and you're setting them an example of using TC products/services to help them grow their SFI business.
- Lead by example.
If you expect your affiliates to be motivated and enthusiastic as buyers of TripleClicks, it is critical that you behave in this manner. Always communicate to them the benefits of trying other TC products/services in growing your SFI business. As a Team Leader/Sponsor, your affiliates looks to you for direction and guidance.
