I'll share with you what works well for my team and what I did successfully to convince my downline team to buy from TripleClicks.
1. In my welcome message to the new PSAs I clearly communicate that THE GOAL for the very first month for each and every PSA is to become EA.
2. In my second message I usually make some math about how the PSA could collect free VPs from Actions and also about Sales and Purchasing from TripleClicks and associated VPs.
3. In my third message, usually at day 7 or 8, I use to emphasise the importance and advantage of Fast Track Membership and the urgency to buy something useful from TripleClicks for $20 or alternatively to buy NMP for $20 if the PSA want to become Fast Track Member.
4. In the same message I use to commit 10 PSA re-asigned for the affiliate who become EA talking about Duplication and building a new team. I also announce the winners on Stream and on my Leadership page.
5. In the second month when the affiliate is already EA I use to send a mail and to talk about his/ her monthly needs and about Transfer Buying making also a math about about how many Purchase VP the affiliate should generate in order to stay as EA2.
6. In the second or third month I use to encourage the affiliate to make PRMs in order to generate commissions using TC Gift Cards and I use to advise him/her to buy the 30 cards pack. Here I use to share details about distributing the cards and about conversion rates and commissions expectations.
7. Also in the second or third month I use to evaluate if the affiliate would like to feel the adrenaline of PriceBenders and then I use to talk about some tactics to win but also to talk about how many TCredits he/she should buy in order to engage in a decent fight.
Each and every time I genuinely share only my own experience with my affiliates.
