Their first purchase will no doubt be T credits. SFI products will probably be next.To get them to purchase from the ECA"s, use yourself as an example.
I tell them what I have purchased that I like.Then how we get to rate the products for action points.
Then I explain how when I reordered I picked either a different size,color,scent or flavor and got to rate it again.
Let them know that the To Do List features one ECA a day and we can see if they have products we use.Next click on anyone"s post and look for the Shopping Cart Badge, which means they are an ECA.
