The reason for everyone joining SFI is to make money. I myself stumbled upon this site while searching for work from home program, when I was jobless and almost broke. I jumped into the wagon without any knowledge about network marketing, all I want is money! So put this scenario into someone else’s shoe and we can at least understand why there are so many inactive affiliates here with SFI.
It is everyone question, how to revive our so many sleeping partners? What needs to be done to make them active? For me, I have tried many ways which resulted in me being at the receiving end. Then, there are lines that says, work with the workers! Put me in a better position but not really successful just yet. So my take for this question based on my experience are:
• Invest your time - be a good trainer/leader. Of course, you must master all the skills as much as you can, considering tons of free information made available by SFI.
• Be a good friend – offer your help and respond to their enquiry as fast as you can. If you can’t be reached during certain time, make known to them, at least your PSAs or CSAs will understand as to why they will be getting your late reply.
• Build trust – share everything that is beneficial to your entire team. Don’t be so greedy and selfish. Think and talk with them about long term instead of short term gains.
• If you are on social media, Facebook being the most popular – add them as your friend. Answer to their question honestly and rightly even if they are not your downlines.
• Treat them with respect – accept differences with open heart. Encourage them to use translator should language is the main barrier. You may speak to them in their language using translator but indicate to them it is a translated version because translator may not translate our text to the exact!
• Be a role model – another word is to lead by example. Your daily activities, your achievement, your contribution, all can be seen via your profile. They will certainly emulate their good leaders and may become ones themselves.
Start a culture of sharing. We are a few days away from 2016, and comes January everyone will have to apply a different strategy on how to build an active team instead of going after Team Leaders position. Because team building will be the main focus and it is all about making your teammates successful before you can think about your success. I like this saying -Together, we grow.
