This is a tricky question as alot of PSAs join out of curiousity, how to make quick cash as the word used to entice them is FREE to JOIN.
Considering that, each affiliate is accountable for themselves. Forninstance, if they have a shop, they need to open every day to transact business and make sales. Without opening their shop, no sales can be made. That is my first approach.
My next approach is to teach and guide them. As a good mentor or sponsor, Let them know you are there to support them in every way explaining to them that its their business and that no matter the little financial commitment they have, that it would go a long way to help build their business.
Do not offer them something that you cannot meet up with or break the bank for. Try to be honest, tactful and helpful to encourage your PSAs
In summary, we should:-
1. Work with the workers & guide them to grow and advance slowly but steadily.
2. Invest your precious time grooming, teaching and training them which is the best investment.
3. Share tips that can help them to grow their business.
4. Share your achievement which can be viewedmon your homepage.
5. Provide them more and more Testimonials of other Affiliates regularly.
6. Make them understand that they have immense potential to succeed and its their own business.
7. Remain their trust worthy friend.
