This one question, use to burn in my mind! "How they expect me to recruit new team members, Psa's & Prm's, invest in a monthly Standing Order,(invest in Psa's) & gift my team too? Well I couldn't & wouldn't be doing that & maintaining my personal fiances too! Go figure! I just couldn't see that happening. After all, I'm here in need of the need to make more money!
Well that was just a bit to confusing & a bit to much to be asking for. After all, I signed-up to a business, I'm sure, i have read that was Free, right! But thanks, to my determination & In time, i've figured it out!
Today, I'm here, to make that path & the logic reasonable & totally easy & understandable for you & I hope you share this, knowledge proudly with all your pending team members too.
Today, you may not be imposition to gift your team, 1st of all your never obligated too, its your choice. If you have minimum funds, then be honest with your team, its quite OK, to share that amongst them.
Now, for the fun part! Anybody, that trains here, remains here,learns, studies, applies themselves & this business in-house tools & duplicates everything they do to their teams,will eventually be in position, to afford, any & everything, their heart so desires, especially the choice of gifting & investing in their teams, if their hearts & pockets desires to.
But make you know, your not here to buy in your teams working ability, your hear to build & train your team, to build their teams too. One should only reward those team members, who work & earn Team leader's rewards. this is so very important to you & your team too. No one is here to be taken advantage of. So be mind of this,
I believe in, going forth, one step at a time & "Trusting the Process!" With that said, empower yourself 1st here with all the knowledge available to you, while doing so build your team & your sales, stick to the wicket & the funds will come!
