First of all, it should be clear that SFI is comprised of millions of Independent business owners. I would make it clear to my PSA's and CSA's that THEY are responsible for their own business.
Secondly, I would assure them that you understand how overwhelming it can be in those first few weeks. I would be sure that they understood that you are their, "Go-To" person for any question that might arise.
Your hint/tips that come from your experience can be MUCH more valuable than financial support because you are teaching them to thrive as a Leader, not a follower!
THEY have to see the "Big Picture", you can't see it for them. Point the way, supply the links, and be there when they need you!
