They are various ways to make our new sign ups engaged with SFI,  but remember some will while some won't.  

As a good sponsor, communication is very key especially when we are trying to guide our new sign ups so that they don't loose forcus immediately. How this is done is for us to send them a welcome letter immediately when we receive a notification on our new sign up. In the welcome letter, there must be some salient actions that needs to be addressed for our new sign ups to work on to get them actively involved.

Getting them engaged for longer than a day, we need to check when they are online especially within the first 24hrs time frame. If you are lucky to get them  online, you can tell them to act on actions with a jet in the Getting Started Section in their to do list, within the first 24hrs joined, that they would get 250 bonus versa point.

Also, we need to guide them as well as inform them on the importance of checking the forums and ASKsc answers pertaining to questions that would be of interest that would help build their team as they can't do everything on their own.

Also, as a sponsor, we neee to encourage them to read the SFI BASICS on
their homepage and give room for them to ask questions or clarify any information they are unsure of. in answering their questions, it has to be simple and clear for them to easily understand. usemof such big words might throw our new prospects of balance

Also, with the new $20 signing bonus, it would excite the new affiliate and encourage them to log in because of the benefit they would derive. At the same time enlighten them that such bonus can be increased if they they become a Gold Fast Track Member and that bonuses are paid with commissions on thr 10th of every month spread over 18 months.

Also, to motivate my new sign up member, I would inform them that if they make at least minimum of 800 versa points within the week, that I would offer the affiliate a gift certificate.
