language and English, this will give them a sense of relief and easiness to

thing I ask them is if they watched the Six minute introduction video

When they came back We discussed about it, then make them familiar
With the daily to do Tabs, and all what we have over there,
This is when I am lucky enough to find them online.
When you engaged with them like this they will come back.
Check what they do, and give them pointers time to time, with e cards
Thank, congratulate them for the work well done,
Communicate with them on Face book, Messenger, Skype
when time Permits. When they know you are with them they will
stay for longer period of time.
