The thing that did it for me was, once I started earning a commission it never stopped. In fact it continues to grow, & although its not a very large amount It's a positive gain. I know that as long as I continue to grow my business and remain consistent, the pattern continues month after month, and the proof is in my commission report, and that's all the motivation I need to stay the course.
