I would have to ask, what good would it do to become Team Leader but you don't have a team? What or whom would it profit? The whole idea behind affiliate marketing with SFI is in fact to build a team. But if you want to be part of the lifeblood on SFI I recommend that you focus on building a team. Also, there have been changes on SFI that require you to sponsor at least one EA2 along with the required VP to become Bronze Team Leader. I understand that this was done for several good reasons. Think about it. What is a Captain if he has no crew? The whole idea behind building a business on SFI is to sponsor PSA's and CSA's. You build a downline to develop an ongoing residual income. That's what I call the "guts" of SFI. SFI instructs affiliates to sponsor at least 5 PSA's and teach them how to become EA and maintain that. They in turn do the same and build their own team of 5 EA's each. This is the construct of this business.
