Hi I found the following to be helpful when an affiliate is demoted to remain active. I communicate with them regularly. Before now I was also inactive as an affiliate and then I got an up line who communicated with me daily and kept me informed and encouraged me. I found this to be very useful as I duplicated this action and it worked with my down lines. I communicate with them regularly, give them tips, incentives (T-Credits, etc). Some up lines, I've realized previously did not communicate with their down lines, this leaves you with lingering questions and demoted to remain active.
So in conclusion proper communication that is effective will encourage an affiliate to remain active and not feel demoted. Hope this helps!
