If they are online, get in touch with them immediately to see and feel that real person welcomed them.
Be ready and prepared to have good answers to some of their possible questions which may determine them to quit or continue.
Whether new PSA is online or not, send him/her Welcome message with greetings, short introduction of the job and task that they should complete in first 24 hours.
Follow with SFI's Compensation Plan and ways to earn money with the SFI. New PSAs are supposed to see big picture and possibilities to grow income with SFI.
Also, some people don't like too pushy persons, so try to be very polite and leave them possibility to chose is it good for them or not.
