This is a very timely question. When the changes were announced last month, I was one of the people who were upset because I will lose my ranking of BTL when the changes take place. I have gotten many PSA'S from S-Builder, Bid and Build, etc. but none have lasted longer than a month.
I wondered if it would be better to quit but then I sat down and started to think about the reasons that I joined SFI in the first place. I wanted to find a way to supplement our income. That need hasn't changed. SFI offered the best opportunity to achieve that dream and that hasn't changed either. What needed to change was my attitude. I am willing to work harder to achieve the goals that I have set for myself and my business.
While I was upset about the changes at first, I realized that these changes will actually help me.
With the new Signing Bonus, people have a great incentive to stay with SFI and to start working. Because if this new program works and the new affiliates stay and become successful, that benefits us all. With my attitude change, I am looking forward to a long and successful career. After all we have to aim high and dream big.
