I didn't have a PSA for 6 months and I became a BTL in my 2nd month, never looking back. I know, there will be an outcry of those saying that you shouldn't be a Team Leader until you have a Team, but you know what? I was driving a car before I had my own car, haha.
Almost half of that 1,000 VP is easy and FREE by doing your monthly actions. For me, the rest of it came through bidding at auctions and playing my favorite games.
I think Team Leader is more than what you do, it's who you are! I think you get that, and I encourage you to press forward. If you run into a snag meet us in the forum for more hints.
