1) To keep up everyday with the changes in SFI and TripleClicks - This is a super dynamic organization and improvements to the system happen quite frequently. Often those changes are rather spectacular.
2) Keep your nose to the grindstone, (keep working the business) even when you don't yet see results.
3) Keep your spirits up - don't let negativity ruin your future
4) Work through the numbers, and find the workers, those who want this as bad as you do
5) Don't waste time reinventing the wheel - SFI has a fantastic training system and you don't have to redo it in your website - keep the system simple and your website too
6) Challenge your fears and ignorance - if you have no experience advertising, experiment with it to find what works - do this on a continuing basis
7) Go upline and find out what they are doing that works - built those relationships
8) Find items in TripleClicks that you can market and do that - this is a continuing effort being as items, pricing and ECAs change frequently.
9) Constantly adjust the gears and levers of the business, fine tuning your business for maximum results
10) Pass along to your PSAs and CSAs what works - pass along your excitement as well.
