Good communication with our team is vital in SFI and SFI gives us samples of letters, cards, etc. that we can use. Just remember that good communication has to work both ways. Sometimes I find that being a good listener for me is the hardest part of the communication process. I am thinking about what I want to say instead of listening closely to what the other person is telling me so I miss the whole point of what the team member is trying to convey. I also find that there are times that a team member just needs to vent or they need encouragement.
Don't worry about your writing skills because you can become a good writer through practice and if you are a good listener, your team members will not complain about your writing skills.
