Personally, my family members help me out with the daily tasks at SFI to free me up for other chores.
Here's how I get them to help out:
1. I make available to each of my family members a laptop each with internet connection cards to enable them to get to work.
2. I give them several 'watch-over-the-shoulder' practice runs until I know they're doing the right thing.
3. I co-ordinate working hours or time-shifts for them to ensure each has a fair working time thats convenient and runs well with their other engagements.
4. Currently I am getting one person to do almost every daily task on their shift, however, eventually I may organise them into working on specific tasks.
5. I monitor their work at the start of the day and before the end of the day to ensure that the tasks are complete and my daily AVPs are firmly secured.
6. Finally, I give them pocket allowances for their time and effort just to ensure everyone is happy and that this project is sustained.
I am still experimenting with co-ordination and am also trying out various possibilities at hand and will hopefully adopt the one that works well for me.
