If your family is excited about it and they help you to achieve your goals it is wonderful but if they are not behind you, you have to go for it on your own. Your success will eventually pull them in.
If you have at least one person you can train to take over from you if you have to or want to stop working you can be happy.
If nobody is interested and not even your success can convince them, it might be necessary for you to find somebody outside of your family.
What is going to happen to your business if you get sick? when you want to retire? when you pass away?
Your family's involvement and support can help but it is not necessary while you are going strong - but think about the long term and plan around that.
What if you can not get anybody to take over from you? Not much - except that all your hard work will not bring residual income to you or anybody you care about.
