Members can connect with people from their country if they need extra help in their own language.
The forum has a section for the member´s own country.
We can even communicate with speakers of other languages by using the translation tools, such as Google Translate, to write or reply to emails.
To confine yourself to recruiting only from your own country is to limit yourself, and your business.
It takes no extra work to reach the whole world than to reach only your own country.
