Be that as it may, the success or otherwise of your SFI business rests entirely on your shoulders. It is your business and you're the boss, driver and leader. Everyone else follows your lead. That is why even though your family members are involved or part of your team, it you that'll make things happen. You become the awesome sponsor and when the business succeeds, everyone in the team also becomes successful. This will relieve financial pressures, and stress that comes with supporting members who're not financially stable since they'll be making their own money working at their own pace.
