This is a good question. I think that both are important.
If you can recruit from your own country and the language is the same, it will be easier to communicate and to give specific instruction. Your family, friends, one-on-one etc. are the easiest to train, since it would be hands-on.
However, SFI is a worldwide company. If you recruit from more countries you will have even more expansion available to you Most people can have their own language interpreted on the SFI site or www.google.com/translate. You can have a2a friends in other countries to help with specific situations. You can ask questions on the Forum, here at ASK SC, your upline sponsors and Geri Carson himself.
