It might be easier for you to get started recruiting if you stay with your countrymen, but by all means, do not be afraid to recruit from other countries as well!:))
Language and cultural differences can be a little problematical, but trying is the way we learn. I would recommend you start with your country, then others that are nearby, then a little further away, and then... There's the whole world!!:)))
As you successfully recruit, you will become more comfortable with using the translator button on SFI pages, and could end up with many countries represented in your team. While the translator may not always be exactly what the person intended to say, you can always ask them if they meant to say "this" instead of "that". Both will learn this way.
Go, recruit from anywhere, and learn from these new friends about other parts of our world!
