(befor start refering your family members they shouldn't use you locale internet network to sign in in SFI ) You can guide them easily They speak you language . You can easily make yourself available for them when they need your help.
Also if you are an ECA and listed your products online, you may approach your family members and direct them to buy their regular supply from your store. This way, you can increase your sales points.
