It outlines a step by step strategy to go from Executive affiliate (EA) to Diamond Team Leader (DTL). It is based on the vision of "reaching maximum success and building a full time residual income." This is the goal every SFI Affiliate should have. All the qualifying requirements of each rank are clearly defined with guidelines and tips on how to meet them.
In addition, a series of "Frequently Asked Questions"and their answers are provided. They describe the proven methods that work to help meet the requirements.
EA2 is an excellent milestone from which to propel yourself to great SFI success.
Maintaining the rank may prove challenging, let alone moving forward, if one does not have a clear strategy and work relentlessly to achieve one's objectives and fulfill his vision. I read many posts and comments in the Forum about the struggle some affiliates are experiencing in keeping their EA2 rank. However, it is relatively easy to avoid that and continue making progress.
The advice I give to my team members, my a2a friends and to any SFI affiliate is to have clear, realistic, achievable goals and a strategy to help them continue to make progress.
My suggestion is to focus on prospecting, sponsoring, and selling to build an strong, striving SFI Business. If you do so, the next objective will be achieved seamlessly: being a successful team leader with a team of actively working affiliates.
