I have recently joined SFI and I am also at EA2 after being BTL for my first two months. My goal this month is to achieve BTL once again.

There are many benefits of being moving higher in the ranks, one being that the compensation opportunity is greater.

I suggest focusing on recruiting PSAs and CSAs and teach them to do exactly as you have done. This way, with their hard work along with yours - all will benefit :)
