After becoming EA2, start to build your Team by Sponsoring
There are three steps to remember and do:
1. Become an Executive Affiliate (EA) and remain EA every month. 2.Recruit at least 5 affiliates using the methods listed HERE: https//www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StndardSponsoringMethods 3.Teach your five affiliates to do these same three steps.
Tell your family members ,friends ,& co-workers to join.
Use S-Builder Co-op from TripleClicks and get new PSAs , PSAs TO GO is also a very good source of new sign-ups.
You have to recruit PSAs as many as You can , help & guide each of them to become EA then EA2 and above , so that You can earn 100 Action VPs from each successful EA2s. So recruit at least 3 to 5 active PSAs which helps You to maintain Your Rank.
As a BTL You can get matching VPs for all of your down line in 6 levels(generations) deep. And every month achieving the Team Leader Rank (BTL), You will get a share of the second home CSAs
The REAL earnings & benefits starts from BTL upwards ! So try and get to that rank.
