Find out what he has been doing. Is it true that he has given enough? Perhaps he has only put in money and automatically expects money to come back out?
With SFI you need to develop your team. Has he done that? Has he been teaching his team the different ways of advertising, especially the free advertising because SFI affiliates comes from different backgrounds and not all will have money to invest.
Does he understand the fact that SFI need sales to ensure the TripleClicks Executive Pool has enough in it to be shared with other Team Leaders? All of us need to promote sales in tandem with promoting to get new affiliates into our team. It is not enough to just collect 1500 VPs and expect the Pool to return you what you have put in.
It is important to read and learn the different income streams in SFI and concentrate on working it.
