Question Number 2 is how is as follows:-

1. By doing your daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
2. Having a Standing order minimum of 1200 or 1500 to qualify as EA.
3. Recruit PSAs, PRMs and ECAs
4. Play Eager Zebra Games and bid on auctions.
5. Train, Coach , Encourage and assist your downlines
6. Show them where to advertise and post their affilates link.
7. Assist them build their team by Reassigning affiliates that are active.
8. Teach them the Act of Duplication.

From the above, if you do all 8, I dont think you would like to retire on time, but rather would want to do more for your team
