This is a great question. There are many variables to consider namely how active you are at referring PRMs/ECAs, and how active are the PRMs/ECAs. The short answer is the most active and the highest number you have.
Of course, active PRMs/ECAs both create commissions for you. If I had to take a pick between active PRMs and active ECAs I'd take the PRMs and here's why. ECA royalties are only 10% of the CV produced. Very few ECAs produce $10000 in CV a month but if one does then the sponsor earns $1,000 bucks on auto pilot every mo the ECA duplicates this effort.
However it is easy for 10 active PRMs to produce $1000 in CV because there are over 600 auctions every month and currency of the auctions are TCredits! Even though that's only $450 dollars in commissions the likelihood is far greater that you can have many more PRMs than ECAs. Not everyone wants the responsibility of an ecommerce site but more people will engage in games online because it is contagious. I dare you just to play one and win!
In conclusion, ECAs that are top notch can be worth their weight in diamonds but they are harder to come by than the PRMs who just love to play games. PRMs don't spend but so much but you can bet that once they play they are your customers for life! The TripleClicks marketplace is also quite the online mall. PRMs can find great deals on name brand merchandise. So referring PRMs is probably the best and most profitable activity in the short term until you have about 20 super star ECAs.
