Every investor wants to know the master plan of getting them their capital back plus the timing of producing their interests or profits. These you put in your portfolio or manifesto to your investors.
4. Have a realistic time frame plan of delivering on your ROI to your prospects. Failure to deliver is to lose them.
These are the key factors that can attract people with money in your business. It is what people like Warren Buffett, Robert Kiyosaki etc consider before investing their money into any project.
