True, we should take the time to help people in our team. Every member is important, every member deserves our help and support. But, I think, that for everybody is better, that we stop wasting time with people who do not respond, stop wasting your valuable time for those, who have no serious purpose. I prefere the time given to finding new, serious working people. Then they will awaken also the existing members in your team.
