To attract new affiliates the only answer without a doubt is; Promote SFI.
If you would like to attract your current "dead" PSAs, then I do suggest you try promoting the Eager Zebra games.
Promoting TripleClicks is primarily used to attract new Personally Referred Members (PRMs) i.e. people that are going to buy from TripleClicks from whom SFI will pay you 45% of the CV.
