I have used Advanced Liquid Nutrition. I think we ought to watch out for our health and ALN contains many of the supplements that I was already taking. The fact that it is in liquid form enhances how much our body is able to benefit, due to absorption.
Vitamin B1, B2, B6, B12, C, D3, CoQ10, and only Total Carbohydrate (Sugars) -- 4 g was all very important to me.
The product taste great, and I have felt better over-all than I have in the last 20 years!
