SFI helps with:
1. Discipline. Discipline must be utilized to log in everyday and to complete the To-Do List.
2. Time management. It takes time to complete the To-Do List, answer emails, review the Genealogy, recruit others, etc. People must plan when to access SFI, and plan how much time to work the business each day to be successful.
3. Planning and focusing. People have to plan what they are going to do in terms of advertising/marketing, carry out the plan, then closely monitor what happens.
4. Reading. How many times have you heard people say, "I don't like to read"? In order to learn more about SFI, people have to read; there is no way around this. Remember, readers are leaders.
5. Taking ownership. SFI is wonderful regarding all the information it provides, and help is available from the sponsors and co-sponsors. However, what people get out of SFI will be determined mostly on what they do on their own to make it work.
