Some of the personal limitations and road blocks many of us unknowingly follow are:
1. The fear of failure.
2. The introvert attitude,
3. Lack of communication skills,
4. Not being able to believe in one's own unlimited potential,
5. Keeping aloof,
6. Unable to begin or get into a conversation;
7. Not being able to take decisions;
8. Influenced by Family Members and or Relatives/Friends
9. To give up easily;
10. Looking for short cuts to growth and money;
11. Always looking for assistance from others without trying; &
12. At the same time not being expressive of feelings;
With these kind of tendencies, one will never be able to stand on his own legs, grow and succeed in life.
In SFI, one we become an affiliate, we need to:
1. Follow a set of Rules and Regulations on a daily basis; It makes one disciplined;
2. Since one needs to communicate either with the up line or down line, one is forced to change
one's attitude and start doing it for the sake of Team Building, growth, etc; This way one is able
to develop one's communication skills;
3. As one understands SFI Rules of Success and starts following/imbibing it one will grow in to
confidence to do better and better. This will help one to remove the fear of failure;
4. Since as a Sponsor one needs to coordinate a lot with the down line members through regular
inter action/mails, phone calls, etc one will become an extrovert and look at things positively;
5. As one grows slowly but steadily one gathers more courage and confidence and is able to face
life challenges, face them squarely and win over them; By this one is becomes a strong and
well developed person;
6. As one keeps building his team through personal contacts, discussions with friends and family
members one is able to develop one's personal traits and is able to over come one's aloofness
and starts loving to be among people;
7. Since one is forced to indulge in leading a Team one develops one's leadership skills in the
process;
8. Since its an online business, one is forced to learn computer operation, use of internet,
analysis of data, take timely and appropriate decision, guide others, etc.
9. Since SFI is not a "Get rich over night" program being an affiliate one learns the qualities of:
* Patience
* Perseverance
* Goal Oriented, etc
Conclusion:
In short, an affiliate learns so many things by becoming a part of SFI and gets more and more opportunities to over come his/her shortcomings, limitations etc and become successful in life. Suffice to say that SFI helps every one to understand the Art of Living and remain happy for ever.
