When my affiliates start with SFI I approach them as newbies. I remember how overwhelmed I felt when I started and that is what I concentrate on.
I take them step by step - giving them instructions like:
1. Sign in every day and do your daily tasks.
2. Complete your registration
3. Whitelist e-mail addresses
4. Upload your photo
5. Set your goals
Once they've done those basic things I give them more instructions. Try to give them instructions to help them to get them their fast track badge.
What I do in the beginning is lead them step by step, gradually letting go and let them go on on their own and then just helping when they need it.
