Hello and great to be given this opportunity to answer this question from my point of view as a 5 month EA, and various Team Leader Ranks as I go along.
I stress to each of my Team Members that there is only one true requirement to be a member of Wave3 and enjoy it's benefits, and that is to refer a PRM to Triple Clicks. I tell them to sign up any person in their family if nothing else to fulfill this one requirement. Simple as that to help them.
Once they do the work, they begin to receive "Challenge URL's" and W3 becomes part of the way that they advertise, whether it be with social media or not. As they present more "options" in their advertising, they will benefit. I in fact have learned to "invest" in the tools we have right here to gain referrals. Works like a charm and keeps it simple.
