There are many ways to promote the W3 program and using social media is one of the best ways.
You could try to encourage your affiliates that do not like the idea of social media to start using it by explaining about the privacy settings of Facebook etc.
Explain that they can add only the people they know well and trust to have contact with on social media, such as family and friends, and that the privacy settings can be fully customised to block all other people from accessing their profile and posts. Over time they will begin to open up to the idea of using such sites.
Also you could direct them to any one of the free blogging platforms and help them with step by step instructions on how to start their own blogg. If you're unsure yourself, there are many videos on youtube that will be useful to them and yourself.
