4. To shut down what you have to say first so as to be able to know the actual need of your audience. You don't assume.

Remember that people first join you before they join your business. This is your how to connect first with your audience.
6. To build good character as a person. A good listener is a person who is affectionate, compassionate, ability to bear other people's weaknesses and to help them. A good listener has a hearing heart and a hearing ear.
7. To learn not to interrupt your prospect while talking even when you know the end of the talk.
