I equate a situation like this, where someone is doing online affiliate marketing and doesn't want to use any online social media tools, to trying to crawl across a room without using one's legs. Yes, it can be done, but it's much more work and more of a drag. If they absolutely insist upon it, there are always the X-Cards that they can use to popularize and promote the W3 program... but maybe it's just the wrong program for them. Maybe they're better off running an ECA store or concentrating on another of the many ways to achieve through SFI.
