Staying at an affiliate level can be a "safe game", because you don't have to bother with SVP or AVP. You collect them and that's all. It can also be a good thing if you advertise at the same time... but how much can you do on your own?
Now for the REAL changes... Becoming an affiliate or a leader (not just by status, but in your mind) can change your life in the ways that you consider:

How can I accomplish and maintain more?
In short terms: becoming SFI affiliate can change your life in a way that you change your prospective on work, world and people through the prism of your new engagement.
