Go to your Genealogy Page and set your filters for not logged in the 30, 60 or 90 days.
Verify by looking at all the zero's next to members and which country they came from with no activity. These are the ones you would want to send to CSA Exchange pools now which will give you the opportunity to exchange for members from your country.
Also remember you can select any other of your members whom you have sent communication via e-card, team mail, PSA's and CSA's and emails with no results would be a good choice as well.
Just remember when you get your new CSA/PSA to start communicating with them by telling that they have just been assigned to your team and as their new sponsor you are ready to provide all support and help they may need to grow in SFI and become successful.
