Very good question.. The good thing is that we can change the inactive CSA, and may have success with new ones, which are from our area . And establish better communication . Its to hard to speak with somebody, who dont know your laungauge, or English.. You can try with a translate, but its to hard also.. Good idea from SFI to change Csa, of course we will not alter those who work and are active. Good luck
