Using the CSA Exchange is a matter of logic and strategy, must like everything else. For those CSAs with whom you have communicated and who keep active, you're going to choose to keep them because they're actively helping you earn money. Those who have been less responsive and who live in other countries, by comparison, are probably worth exchanging because they're less likely to prove active for you, unlike any affiliates you may receive in return.
