At first I didn't think that I would want to give up any of my CSA, however after I examined each of the CSA that was up for exchange, I changed my mind.
I looked at when I received each CSA. If I had been emailing them for 5-6 months and had not gotten any kind of response or even a log in. I decided to exchange them, not because I was ditching them. I exchanged them so that maybe someone who knew their costumes and language.
This would also give the new CSA a 5-6 months window to explore communications.
