TCredits are like tokens.
You can use them to bid in auctions, play games, etc., and you can also use them to purchase some (but not all) items in TripleClicks. Not all ECA's will accept payment in TCredits, because they are a virtual currency, not real money they can use to pay their suppliers.
TCurrency is like having actual money in your account.
The main benefit of TCurrency is that you can pay locally, and use the money to make purchases world-wide.
For example, if there is an ECA close to you who has a TCurrency license, you can walk into their shop and pay in cash, so you don't need to have a credit or debit card. Or if you have a card that is accepted in your country but not world-wide, and you can find an ECA in your country with a TCurrency license, you can pay them using whatever form of payment they accept, in your own currency, and have the money available in your account to make any purchase from TripleClicks, including your Standing Order, items you win in auctions, etc..
